Always between mixing capacity and exit capacity and molding (Vibrating table and screw molding) there must be proportionality. Therefore, if the mixer has a capacity of 300 kg (normal density) should be used the U-shaped screw with a length of 2.5 m and the butterfly exit valve
If the capacity of the mixer is 350 to 400 kg should be used the U-shaped screw with a length of 5.3 or 8.4 m and with the two butterfly valve. if the capacity of the mixer is 1500 kg with a normal density should use a 7-meter screw with 4 valves. (According to budget)
