Seamless flooring | Equipment for the production of artificial stone flooring integrated polymer and industrial | industrial artificial stone flooring is an industrial floor covering for the interior and floor of artificial stone for the interior & Exterior.

For the production of integrated artificial stone flooring inside the building, should be used the combination of artificial stone cultured marble-granite & solid surface with sub-floor system, and for the production of integrated artificial stone flooring outside the building, combinations of artificial stone nano cement plast along with sub floor system should be used. Also, for the training and production method of these technologies, the two technologies should be dominant (with changes in formulation and production method)

Due to the fact that the materials of these products are constructed and implemented at the site of the project, therefore, equipment should be portable and use public and structural power (of course with using the inverter)

For the production of artificial stone flooring integrated polymeric base, we need the following equipment:

1.Vertical mixer with 3-hp three-phase electric engine (Single-phase electric power converter with inverter) with power of making material 100 to 200 kg per load with a vacuum system of 7.5 cubic meters

* The three-phase motors are 25% stronger than single-phase motors, for this reason, three-horsepower three-phase engines are considered. also single-phase to three-phase power conversion inverters, up to three horsepower available.

2. Vibration plate with sheet 50 x 200 cm with three 100 kg single-phase vibrating electro-motors and 6 mm sheet to trowel for the executed surface and condensation to the material

3.Effect sprayers in two different types + 250 liter compressor + scales and other accessories

4.Sub floor machine with different mesh for the sub and final polishing of the product

For the production of integrated industrial artificial stone flooring outside the building (Yard and sidewalks) we need the following equipment:

1.PAN's design mixer with 3-horsepower 3-phase engine and gearbox 90 with relevant specifications (No vacuum device) with a capacity of 100-200 kg

* In the production of artificial stone (integrated industrial flooring) there is no need to use a vacuum machine

2.Vibration plate with sheet 50 x 200 cm with three 100 kg single-phase vibrating electro-motors with 6 mm sheet
